If you expect your purchase to match the quality that was advertised, Storple is your store. Our inspection team personally checks each item prior to accepting it for sale, making sure all items are correctly described, well-photographed and in good condition. It’s the Storple way!

When you find an item you want, you may be able to schedule an appointment to see it in person. If an appointment isn’t available, that means the item can’t be opened until paid for and picked up at the warehouse.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
When you arrive at the warehouse to pick up your purchased item, we make sure you are satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Storple will refund your money. No refunds will be made after leaving the warehouse.

We want you to be happy, so to make sure you are we will refund you any money paid on an item you are unsatisfied with, less a restocking fee, if you tell us before you leave the warehouse. No refunds will be made after you leave the warehouse.
